Essential — NOK 790 / month
0.5 h included per month. First reply: target within 3 business days. Monthly website check; Backup/export check where supported by the platform; Small content edits within included time.
Growth — NOK 1,990 / month
1.5 h included per month. First reply: target within 2 business days. Everything in Essential; Monthly status and recommendations; Uptime monitoring.
Partner — NOK 3,990 / month
3 h included per month. First reply: target within 1 business day. Everything in Growth; Monthly planning call; Priority planning of small improvements.
Before applicable VAT. Hours are the total allowance for each plan and are not added to lower tiers. Unused time does not roll over. Response targets cover the first reply on business days, not resolution time or 24/7 support. Available maintenance depends on the platform. Hosting, licences and larger changes are priced separately. Terms and cancellation are agreed in the proposal.

What is included in the starting price?
The items in each package are the starting point. Before work begins, we agree on scope, content, integrations, revision rounds and a written price. Copy, photography, translation and extra functionality are priced separately unless explicitly included.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, content and access. A small website and a custom web app have different needs. You receive a concrete delivery plan after the project is scoped.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, when the project includes a content management system. We choose the setup around the content you need to manage and provide a walkthrough of the agreed solution.
How do the care plans work?
Included time covers small changes and agreed maintenance each month. Unused time does not roll over. Response targets cover the first reply on business days, not a guaranteed resolution. Larger tasks, on-call support and extra time are agreed separately. Cancellation terms and any commitment are specified in the proposal.
Are hosting and third-party licences included?
No, unless the proposal explicitly says otherwise. Domains, hosting, platform subscriptions, payment fees and other third-party costs are additional. We clarify expected ongoing costs before work begins.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We first review the existing setup, access and technical limitations, then suggest whether improving it or rebuilding makes the most sense.
